A break room is a kitchenette run plus seating, and the run is sized by function before headcount: the smallest usable counter holds a sink with landing space each side and a microwave that is not stacked on top of something else. Appliance counts scale with the number of people who actually eat there, which is always fewer than the number who work there. The templates here cover a small break room and a large one, at ten and sixteen linear feet of counter. The sink rim height, counter approach and clear floor spaces are drawn to ADA dimensions.
Appliance counts on the larger template are set for the top of its headcount range; treat them as a ceiling, not a floor.
