Residential and commercial plumbing, from fixtures - kitchen sinks, lavatories, tubs, showers, toilets, water heaters - to the single-line pipe fittings that connect them. Fittings ship in every turn orientation so the run reads correctly on the sheet.
31 blocks in 4 families. DXF R2018, drawn in inches.
Two kinds of block live in this category. The first are fixtures, the physical things drawn to size on a floor plan: toilet, bathtub, two showers, round and rectangular lavatories, single and double kitchen sinks, a laundry sink and a water heater. The second are single-line pipe fittings, 21 of them, for drawing the piping itself: 45 and 90 degree elbows, tees, caps, a cross, reducers and straight runs, each in every direction. Fixtures go on P-FIXT and piping on layers split by system, such as P-DOMW for domestic water and P-SANR for sanitary, so a plumbing engineer or residential designer can plot waste and supply separately.
Fixture sizes are real: the toilet is 20 x 29 in, the bathtub 60 x 30 in, the showers 36 x 36 and 60 x 32 in, the rectangular lavatory counter 31 x 22 in, the kitchen sinks 30 and 33 in cabinets at 22 in deep, and the water heater a 20 in tank in a 23 in square. The IPC and IRC both require a water closet to sit at least 15 in from its centerline to any side wall or obstruction, with 21 in clear in front. Showers need at least 900 square inches of floor and a 30 in circle inside, and both shower blocks are sized to meet that.
The fittings are schematic, built on a leg length u of 12 in. Elbows insert at the bend vertex, tees at the run center, caps at the open end and reducers at the large end, so a riser diagram or a plan run assembles by snapping each fitting to the next vertex. Direction lives in the name, like plumb-elbow-90-se or plumb-tee-n, which keeps a fitting takeoff honest.
Placement advice: the toilet inserts at the tank's back center against the wall, so its 15 in side clearance is measured from that point. Lavatories and kitchen sinks insert at the counter or cabinet back center, the same datum as the cabinets they sit in. The water heater inserts at the tank center; leave room for the relief valve discharge and a drain pan where a leak would cause damage.

The IPC and IRC require at least 15 in from the toilet's centerline to a side wall or obstruction, 30 in center to center between fixtures, and 21 in of clear space in front. The toilet block is 20 x 29 in and inserts at the back center of the tank against the wall, so measure the 15 in from that point.
The bathtub block is 60 x 30 in, the common alcove size, with length adjustable from 54 to 72 in and width from 30 to 36 in. It inserts at the back center of the long wall. The catalog also has a 36 x 36 in shower stall and a 60 x 32 in shower.
Plumbing piping is drawn single-line, with fitting symbols at each change of direction or branch. The fittings here are built on a 12 in leg length and ship in every orientation: 45 and 90 degree elbows in four quadrants, tees and caps in four directions, reducers horizontal and vertical. Snap each at its vertex or run center.
