This hub holds the elements a plan reviewer measures with a scale in hand: grab bars, ramps, handrails, guardrails, accessible parking, room signs, a fitting-room bench and 16 stair configurations. They land on the architectural floor plan and the enlarged accessibility plans, drawn by the architect of record, and most of them belong on A-FLOR sublayers such as A-FLOR-HRAL for rails and A-FLOR-STRS for stairs, with parking on C-PKNG on the site sheet.
The dimensions come straight from the 2010 ADA Standards. The grab bars are 36 and 42 in because 604.5 asks for a 42 in minimum side-wall bar and a 36 in minimum rear-wall bar, mounted 33 to 36 in above the floor. The ramp defaults to 1:12, the steepest slope 405.2 allows, and at its 144 in run that is exactly 12 in of rise; 405.6 caps any single run at 30 in of rise. The accessible stall is 96 in wide with a 60 in access aisle, the minimums in 502.2 and 502.3, and it widens to 132 in for a van space. The fitting bench is 42 x 20 in, the minimum length and depth in 903.3.
Stairs follow the IBC. Treads default to 11 in, the commercial minimum, and the 44 in widths match the general minimum stair width, with the 36 in versions for stairs serving fewer than 50 occupants. The L and U stairs ship as left-hand and right-hand pairs, so pick the hand instead of mirroring and the block keeps its own name and unmirrored geometry. The spiral stairs come at 60, 72 and 84 in diameters; codes restrict spirals to dwelling units and small spaces, so treat them as residential or mezzanine pieces.
Two placement notes. The room sign inserts at its back center on the wall, and 703.4 puts it on the latch side of the door with the tactile baseline between 48 and 60 in above the floor, so place it by the latch, not the hinge. Guardrails and handrails insert at their start and run along +X, so set the run parameter to the real length rather than scaling the block.

Under the 2010 ADA Standards 604.5, the side-wall grab bar next to a water closet is 42 in minimum and the rear-wall bar is 36 in minimum, both mounted 33 to 36 in above the finished floor. The catalog has both lengths, and the length parameter runs from 18 to 48 in for other locations.
At 1:12 each inch of rise needs 12 in of run, so the default 144 in ramp block climbs 12 in. A single run can rise no more than 30 in, which means 360 in of run, the block's maximum. Beyond that you need a landing at least 60 in long before the next run, and handrails on both sides once rise exceeds 6 in.
A car space is 96 in wide minimum with an adjoining access aisle 60 in wide minimum; a van space is 132 in wide with a 60 in aisle, or 96 in wide with a 96 in aisle. The ADA parking block defaults to a 96 in stall, 60 in aisle and 216 in length, a 156 in total footprint, and all three are adjustable.
