Pre-construction, to-be-built and plan-only listings get furnished, lit 3D stills and a walkthrough video, made from the floor plan.
3Dillo is the 3D product from the makers of CADdillo, on 3dillo.ai. Same account, same credits. Opening and exporting DWG/DXF is always free.
A house that is not built, or not finished, has a floor plan and a lot. Buyers scroll past both.
Square footage and a black-and-white plan do not tell anyone where the sofa goes.
Next to listings with photos and video, a plan-only listing reads as the one to skip.
A DWG or DXF of the plan. No drawing yet? Dillo, the AI drafter, can draw one from a description.
Rooms, doors and windows come from the plan; the walkthrough starts at the curb and goes through every room.
You get the stills as PNG images and the walkthrough as an MP4 video, ready to post.
Every image on this page is a 3Dillo render of a floor plan. Watch the full 3D house walkthrough.
Yes. That is what it is for: a floor plan becomes furnished, lit stills and a walkthrough video, so a pre-construction or to-be-built listing has something to show. To have your own plan rendered: open the studio, sign in free and open your DWG or DXF: it shows in 3D, and Render (100 credits, or included with Premium) makes four photoreal stills of its walls and shell right there. For furnished rooms and a walkthrough video, have Dillo draw the plan and render it. For your own DWG or DXF furnished and walked through, send a note from the contact page: we reply by email, you attach the drawing to that reply, and we deliver the renders.
It matches the floor plan: walls, doors, windows and rooms come from the drawing, and 3Dillo furnishes, finishes and lights the rooms. Label the renders as renderings in your listing so buyers know the finishes are illustrative.
Photoreal stills of the rooms as PNG images and a walkthrough as an MP4 video that follows a path from the front walk through every room. Check your MLS rules on renderings before you upload.
You keep the rights to your drawings and to the renders made from them (3Dillo terms of service). Rendered files are kept for 30 days and then deleted, so download what you want to keep.
3Dillo reads DWG and DXF files, so ask the builder or architect for the DWG. Without one: Describe the building to Dillo, the AI drafter: it draws the floor plan first, and 3Dillo renders the house from that plan. A plan drawn from a description is a new drawing, not a trace of the PDF.
On pay as you go, every 3D render is 100 credits, flat: a set of photoreal stills or a walkthrough video, a first render or a re-render after an edit. Credits for a render that fails are given back automatically. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are $10 for 100 credits, $20 for 250, $30 for 500 or $50 for 1,000, with no subscription. 3Dillo Premium is $99 a month, or $950 a year (20% off). Founding offer, limited time: for the first 12 months it includes unlimited AI floor plan drawings and unlimited 3D renders (photoreal stills and walkthrough videos), with AI edits included and the price locked. Unlimited is subject to fair use and available rendering capacity. The founding offer runs 12 months from signup; renewals are at the then-current Premium terms. For teams and firms, Consulting starts at $499 a month (runs on dedicated cloud GPU capacity; priced on seats and usage; scoped with your team by inquiry); a Premium account is for one person and is not shared across a team. Every new account starts with 50 free credits and no card; those are for trying the AI drafter, and a render needs a credit pack or Premium. Full details are on 3dillo.ai/pricing.
There is no fixed turnaround: renders run on a shared GPU queue, a set of stills is quicker than a walkthrough, and at busy times both take longer. A walkthrough is well over a thousand rendered frames; the ranch house walkthrough at caddillo.com/3d-house-walkthrough/ is 1,606 frames, 67 seconds at 24 frames a second.
No. 3Dillo is made by Quantum Armadillo, LLC, which also makes CADdillo, the AI floor plan drafter; one account and one credit balance work on both.
Have a plan you want rendered? Tell the 3Dillo team about it; they reply by email and you attach the DWG or DXF.
