Furnished, lit 3D stills and a walkthrough video made from the floor plan, so a client sees the layout, scale and flow of the rooms at the space-planning stage.
3Dillo is the 3D product from the makers of CADdillo, on 3dillo.ai. Same account, same credits. Opening and exporting DWG/DXF is always free.
The client nods at the floor plan and the swatches, then cannot picture how the room feels with furniture in it.
Move the sofa wall or open up the kitchen, and the presentation has to be redrawn before the next meeting.
Modelling, furnishing and lighting a room by hand takes hours that a design fee rarely covers.
A DWG or DXF floor plan from the architect or builder, a ready-made 3D template, or a plan Dillo, the AI drafter, draws from a description.
Furnished, lit stills of every room and a walkthrough video from the front walk through every room, to show at the presentation.
When the plan changes, have the new version rendered for 100 credits, or as one of the unlimited renders of the 3Dillo Premium founding offer.
Every image on this page is a 3Dillo render of a floor plan. Watch the full 3D house walkthrough.
Yes. 3Dillo furnishes and lights each room of the floor plan for what it is and renders it as photoreal stills and a walkthrough video, so the client sees the space before an order is placed. To have your own plan rendered: open the studio, sign in free and open your DWG or DXF: it shows in 3D, and Render (100 credits, or included with Premium) makes four photoreal stills of its walls and shell right there. For furnished rooms and a walkthrough video, have Dillo draw the plan and render it. For your own DWG or DXF furnished and walked through, send a note from the contact page: we reply by email, you attach the drawing to that reply, and we deliver the renders.
No. 3Dillo furnishes, finishes and lights each room itself; you do not choose products, fabrics, paint colours or materials, and colours on screen are not a colour match. Use the render to agree the space planning, scale and flow, and present your own selections and swatches alongside it.
Schematic design, when the client is deciding on the layout and how the rooms relate, before the FF&E is specified. 3Dillo does not produce FF&E schedules, specifications or construction documents: a render is a visualisation of the drawing.
No. 3Dillo renders rooms from a floor plan; it does not edit, stage or restyle photographs. For a remodel, start from a floor plan of the rooms as they will be.
DWG or DXF floor plans. Opening, viewing and exporting DWG and DXF files is free and uses no credits. Ask the architect or builder for theirs. Without one, start from a ready-made 3D template, or: describe the building to Dillo, the AI drafter: it draws the floor plan first, and 3Dillo renders the house from that plan.
Yes. 3Dillo renders commercial plans as well as houses, including multi-storey offices and strip centers. Each room is furnished for its use: desks, task chairs and monitors on an office floor.
You keep the rights to your drawings and to the renders made from them (3Dillo terms of service). Rendered files are kept for 30 days and then deleted, so download what you want to keep.
On pay as you go, every 3D render is 100 credits, flat: a set of photoreal stills or a walkthrough video, a first render or a re-render after an edit. Credits for a render that fails are given back automatically. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are $10 for 100 credits, $20 for 250, $30 for 500 or $50 for 1,000, with no subscription. 3Dillo Premium is $99 a month, or $950 a year (20% off). Founding offer, limited time: for the first 12 months it includes unlimited AI floor plan drawings and unlimited 3D renders (photoreal stills and walkthrough videos), with AI edits included and the price locked. Unlimited is subject to fair use and available rendering capacity. The founding offer runs 12 months from signup; renewals are at the then-current Premium terms. For teams and firms, Consulting starts at $499 a month (runs on dedicated cloud GPU capacity; priced on seats and usage; scoped with your team by inquiry); a Premium account is for one person and is not shared across a team. Every new account starts with 50 free credits and no card; those are for trying the AI drafter, and a render needs a credit pack or Premium. Full details are on 3dillo.ai/pricing.
There is no fixed turnaround: renders run on a shared GPU queue, a set of stills is quicker than a walkthrough, and at busy times both take longer. A walkthrough is well over a thousand rendered frames; the ranch house walkthrough at caddillo.com/3d-house-walkthrough/ is 1,606 frames, 67 seconds at 24 frames a second.
To render a drawing, 3Dillo builds a scene file from it (walls, rooms, openings and furniture positions) and renders it on its own machines first; when they are busy, the job runs on rented GPU servers at RunPod in their Secure Cloud data centers, and the scene file and output are deleted from that server when the job ends. Scene files and renders are stored for 30 days, then deleted.
